Last week’s streaming chart had a very clear theme: in the week of Valentine’s Day, viewers were choosing Netflix and chill. Yet there was a big debut missing from the chart: the HBO/Max hit “The White Lotus,” which premiered on Sunday, Feb. 16.

“The White Lotus” viewers must have been busy that Sunday night, because they caught up in a big way. With a full week of viewership under its belt, “The White Lotus” is the most-watched streaming program on the latest Samba TV Weekly Wrap Report.

Coming in at No. 2 this week is the Netflix true-crime doc “American Murder: Gabby Petito,” as a deep-dive into the case that gripped the country. It’s followed by “Zero Day,” a conspiracy thriller series starring Robert De Niro. The new Netflix original drew big viewership numbers, with 2.1 million U.S. households watching in the first four days it was available (all this despite critics).

Moving on, “Reacher” returns for its third season on Amazon Prime Video, garnering enough viewership to place it in No. 4 this week. No. 5 is “To Catch A Killer,” the 2023 feature-length starring Shailene Woodley that was recently added to the Netflix library.

“Love Is Blind” returns for Season 8 on Netflix, coming in No. 6 this week. Then we’re back to the Sheridan-verse on Paramount+ with the return of “1923,” another spinoff/prequel in the super popular “Yellowstone” universe.

Spots No. 8 through No. 10 belong to titles that have been sticking on the chart for a while, beginning with “Paradise.” The political thriller has been a surprise hit for Hulu that has stuck around, likely aided by its weekly release schedule. The series finale lands on screens on March 4.

No. 9 is another weekly series, “The Pitt” on Max, after falling off the charts for the first time since its four-week run. The hospital drama hits a sweet spot for fans of “ER,” with one of that show’s stars, Noah Wyle, taking top billing here. The show has already been renewed for Season 2.

Finally, closing out the list is the Netflix rom-com “La Dolce Villa,” which still garners some views even after Valentine’s Day has passed.

Following last week’s celebration of “SNL,” the linear chart looks to be back to normal this week. “The Voice” sits atop the chart, and the uber-popular singing competition will likely hold that position for much of the foreseeable future.

The CBS hit “Tracker” is in No. 2 this week. It’s followed by “The Americas,” a nature docuseries that looks at North and South America. The beauties of these continents are no doubt aided by narration from Tom Hanks and a score by Hans Zimmer.

“Chicago Med” on NBC comes in at No. 4 this week, while its sister show “Chicago Fire” comes in at No. 8. CBS scores another scripted entry with “FBI” in No. 5.

Three episodes of “Wheel of Fortune” own spots No. 6, No. 7 and No. 10, and “The Price is Right” comes in No. 9 this week.

The Wrap Report provides an exclusive first look at the most watched movies and TV series from the past week across both streaming and linear television, sourced from viewership trends collected from Samba TV’s panel of more than 3 million households, balanced to the U.S. Census.
