Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver and “Dancing With the Stars” winner Hines Ward 
was arrested early Saturday morning on drunken driving charges in Georgia, according to police.
Hines was arrested early Saturday morning in Dekalb County, just outside Atlanta, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on $1,000 bond.

The two-time Super Bowl winner was named the 12th season winner of “Dancing With the Stars” in late May. He and his dance partner Kym Johnson squared off in the finals against actress Kirstie Alley and Disney Channel star Chelsea Kane.
He is the second professional football player to win the show, following Dallas Cowboys star Emmitt Smith’s win in 2006.
