Hillary Clinton has broken her silence on the ongoing FBI investigation into her use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.

While speaking with the Washington Post, Clinton was asked if the Bureau had set up an interview with her yet regarding the investigation.

“It has not, and I certainly would like to see this wrapped up,” she said.

We know that many Americans, including Bernie Sanders, are sick and tired of hearing about her “damn emails,” but Clinton might have violated both of the Espionage Act of 1917 and the Intelligence Identities Act of 1982 (IIPA).

Some of the emails contained Special Access Program intelligence, which is typically a top-secret technology program that often includes weaponry.

The FBI could recommend to the Department of Justice whether or not she should be indicted for violating the law between now and the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, which begins July 25.

If Clinton were indicted before the convention, it would give the party superdelegates an opportunity to seek an alternate nominee if they didn’t feel comfortable going forward with Clinton.

On Tuesday, Clinton won four of the six state primaries and caucuses: New Jersey, New Mexico, South Dakota and California, the last of which offered the most delegates. Sanders, however, has vowed to stay in the race despite Clinton having more than enough delegates to secure the nomination.

“The struggle continues,” Sanders told supporters the same night.”Next Tuesday, we continue the fight in the last primary in Washington D.C. Then we take our fight to Philadelphia.”
